I forget my ATM / Checkcard PIN. What should I do?
In order to protect your accounts, we do not maintain PINs. For your security, a pin mailer will need to be issued. You can order a pin mailer at any Community Office or by calling our Information Center at 1.800.822.3321, 7 days a week.
Why can't I access my money market account at the ATM?
Although most people consider a money market account a savings account, via most electronic resources a money market account will be selected as a checking account. At an ATM, choose the option marked "other" or "secondary". If you still experience difficulty, please visit any Community Office or call our Information Center at 1.800.822.3321.
I lost my card. How do I get a new ATM card or check card?
First, contact our Information Center at 1.800.822.3321 immediately to report your lost card. If you are calling after hours, please call 1.800.232.0606 and press option 6. For your security, a new card will need to be issued. You can order a replacement card at any Community Office or through our Information Center by calling 1.800.822.3321. Fees may apply.
